To ensure an efficient workflow, clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, and branding materials, before work begins. Delays in receiving content may affect project timelines. Once a project has been approved and finalized, it is considered complete. Any additional revisions or changes requested after final approval may be treated as a new project and subject to additional fees. All communication and revision requests must be submitted via email to maintain clear documentation. Excessive revisions may impact both timeline and cost. Final files will be delivered in standard formats such as JPG, PNG, and PDF. Editable source files can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

All artwork and designs created by Manring Masterpiece remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership of the approved design is transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If editable Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop source files are required, they must be requested in advance and may incur an additional fee. Otherwise, only finalized files will be provided in PDF, JPEG, PNG or other non-editable file formats.

A 50% deposit is required before any project begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the release of final files or website launch.

We accept payments via Square invoice, Venmo, Cash App, or cash. PayPal is not accepted. All invoices are sent electronically and must be paid in a timely manner. Projects may be paused if payment is delayed. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. In the event of cancellation, completed work up to that point will be billed accordingly.

Project timelines vary depending on scope, revisions, and client responsiveness. Timely communication and feedback are essential to meeting projected deadlines. Final deliverables will not be released to the client until full payment has been received. For website projects, launch or transfer will occur only after the final balance is paid.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all designs carefully before approval. Once approved, Manring Masterpiece is not responsible for errors, including spelling, grammar, or content inaccuracies. Clients are also responsible for ensuring all details are correct before approving any design for print. Manring Masterpiece is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes in printed materials that were approved by the client, even if multiple proofs were provided prior to final approval.
